(1) Onboarding

 

(a) Upon entering your business information via “Sell on Obbo”, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the detailed onboarding steps.

(b) Within the email, schedule an e-appointment with the onboarding team to better understand your business profile. Customarily, this would usually take 10 to 20 minutes.

(c) After your store has been set up, you will be receiving an email to notify that you are all set to sell online with your ObboStore. Within the notification email, you can also find useful information or tips on how to create promotions or enhance your existing profile.

 

You have the full flexibility to manage or edit your own store, add or update your catalogue and products, create discounted products and market them to customers.

(2) Sales

 

Congratulations! You will receive an order confirmation via your registered email and it will show the steps on how to do a 1-click process to invoice and indicate its readiness for fulfillment.

(3) Delivery

 

You are able to choose the delivery methods that you prefer and this can be set and customised on your store. ObboStore supports Self Collection, Seller’s Own Delivery, or using Obbo’s logistics partner.

(4) Payment

 

Upon the set up of your ObboStore, your store will be able to receive online payments with a transaction fee of 3.4% + 50 cents for every transaction. Alternatively, ObboStore supports offline methods i.e. Cash on Delivery, Purchase Order, Bank Transfer Options.

(5) Connectivity to Marketplace

 

Products that are listed on your ObboStore will gain accessibility to an ecosystem of corporate buyers on Obbo Marketplace, Obbo.sg. Fulfilment of orders will be treated the same for ObboStore & Obbo Marketplace. The transaction fee for online payments on Obbo.sg is similar as per 3.4% + 50 cents. As of this standing, there will not be any additional commission charged for transaction made on Obbo Marketplace.

(6) Web Hosting & Domain

 

No. Additional fees applies for the purchase of your own domain. If you already have your own domain, or wish to purchase a new domain, our onboarding team will guide you on how to connect your ObboStore to your own domain.

Alternatively, you can opt to host on our subdomain for free, e.g. [companyname].obbo.sg with the same functions mentioned.
